The warranty period for a metal product is 6 months from the date of sale, for plastic - 12 months from the date of sale (for accessories - 6 months). The warranty period for electric goods is from 12 to 24 months from the date of sale, depending on the type of product.
The warranty includes free repair work during the warranty period. The right to warranty service is lost in the following cases:
- mechanical damage, including dents, scratches and deformation of the body;
- damage arising from force majeure circumstances (lightning, fire, flood, etc.), as well as other causes that are outside the control zone of the seller and the manufacturer.
- getting into the device of foreign objects, liquids, insects, etc.
- identification of unauthorized opening and structural changes by unauthorized persons.
