- General Definitions
Site – automatic informational system available in Internet at the address (including subdomains) https://hor-horeca.ru/.
Site Visitor https://hor-horeca.ru/ - any visitor of this Site (hereinafter – the “User”).
- General Terms of Use of Site
3.1. The User shall carefully read these Terms of Use prior to use of the Site.
3.2. The User’s consent to provision of personal data and/or personal information (hereinafter – personal data), given by him in accordance with the Policy within the framework of relations with RBR trade LLC applies to all its affiliates.
3.3. 5.1. RBR trade LLC does not control and is not liable for any third-party sites that the User may visit by links available on the Site.
5.2. RBR trade LLC does not examine authenticity of personal data provided by the User and does not control their legal capacity.
5.3. RBR Trade LLC assumes that the User submits reliable and sufficient personal data to the questions proposed in the form to be filled out, that the personal data specified by him when filling out belongs to him personally, and that he maintains this information up to date. The risk of providing false information is borne by the User who provided it.
5.4. Consent for processing of personal data is valid permanently of the moment of its provision by the User and does not require periodic confirmation.
5.5. RBR Trade LLC will store personal information for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, or to comply with the requirements of legislation and regulations.
5.6. RBR Trade LLC does not guarantee that the Content posted on the Site complies with the laws of a foreign state and / or is available outside the Russian Federation. 5.7. If RBR Trade LLC has published or provided a translation of the Russian version of the Site, the User agrees that the translation is provided for convenience only.
- Purpose of Collecting and Processing of User’s Personal Data
6.1. RBR trade LLC collects, processes and store personal data in strict accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.2. The User's personal data can be used by RBR Trade LLC in order to properly fulfill its obligations to the User, send notifications or other contacts with the User, improve the Site, ease of use, develop new services; targeting advertising materials, conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
- Terms of Processing of User’s Personal Data and Their Transfer to Third Parties
7.1. Confidentiality shall apply to User’s personal data except where the User wilfully decided to provide his personal data to the public.
7.2. RBR trade LLC is entitled to transfer User’s personal data to third parties in the following cases:
7.2.1. The User has given consent for such actions;
7.2.2. Transfer is required as part of the provision of the service to the User;
7.2.3. Transfer is stipulated by the Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of procedure stated by law;
7.2.4. Such a transfer takes place as part of the sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), while the acquirer receives all obligations to comply with the terms of the Policy in relation to the personal data received by him;
7.2.5. For the purpose of protection of rights and lawful interest of RBR trade LLC or other third parties in cases, when User breaches terms of use of the Site.
- Change of Policy. Applicable Legislation.
8.1. RBR trade LLC has the right to amend the Policy.
8.2. The Policy shall be construed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.3. Right of the Russian Federation shall be applied to the relations between RBR trade LLC and the User arising in connection with the Policy.
8.4. In case of any disputes or discrepancies, connected to the performance of the Policy the User and RBR trade LLC shall settle them by way of negotiations. In case disputes or discrepancies are not settled by way of negotiations disputes shall be resolved in order stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.5. In case due to any reasons one or several provisions of the Policy shall be found invalid or void, this will not affect validity or applicability of the rest of the provisions.
8.6. The Policy comes into force of the moment of its publishing on the Site and abolish all previous information published on the Site without acquiescence of exceptions.
8.7. When processing personal data RBR trade LLC shall follow Federal Law dd 27.07.2006 No 152-FZ “On personal data”.
